As a busy mom and former New Yorker, I felt Huntington desperately needed a healthy spot for on-the-go families as soon as I moved here. That's why I created Fuel Counter, a healthy eatery that provides delicious, wholesome meals for your on-the-go lifestyle— always made fresh and fast.

Growing up in a big city, it seemed like every block had convenient options made with fresh ingredients— locally owned sandwich shops and pizzerias, cafes and bakeries with so many options for every lifestyle. After moving here, it seemed like the only quick meal options were the fast-food drive-thrus. Although I didn’t miss the big city, I did miss having healthy food options around the corner. So, we made our own. Our goal with Fuel Counter is to provide you with a better option so that you never have to choose between convenience and nutrition.
